General Manager

Hayley is all about promoting high customer satisfaction by resolving problems with knowledgeable, efficient and friendly service. Effectively managing, training and mentoring employees with regards to NCC Performance Solution, NatHERS compliance and implementing best practice industry requirements and procedures to ensure optimal productivity.

Debbie Bute
Technical Manager

Debbie is a NatHERS and Performance Solution expert. Her aim is to drive and support change within the industry and will be overseeing Leading Energy’s National operation standards. Highly successful in leading process improvements and organisational updates by implementing NCC code changes and creating new compliance procedures based on an individual clients requirements.

Hayley Smith and Debbie Bute are both Design Matters National (DMN) accredited Nationwide House Energy Rating Scheme (NatHERS) assessor, experienced in providing design advice and solutions to meet or exceed the current NCC energy efficiency requirements.  Debbie & Hayley have lived and breathed energy compliance for a combined total of 22 years within the Australian wide building industry. Exposing them both to a multitude of different standard and complex residential designs and design compliant challenges which has cemented their combined reputation as being leaders in their field.
